Russ has been active in the financial services profession serving clients his entire career spanning from graduation at Ohio University in 1976 to the present. Earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance, his mission has always been to serve business clients, friends, and families with an equal sense of value and importance regardless of circumstances. He also earned industry designations of Chartered Life Underwriter in 1987 and Chartered Financial Consultant in 1988.

Russ and his wife Rhonda live in Berea, Ohio and are blessed with 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In addition to his daily professional duties, Russ also assists annually in organizing and funding a winter indoor soccer program for the refugee community in Cleveland through Hope in the City.  He also serves as a mentor leader to youth “at risk” in Cleveland through The Joshua and Caleb Leadership Center. Outside interests include trying to keep up with the grandchildren, working at staying physically fit, reading, golfing and swimming.
